UN Women supported us train 1,000 women on peace building, reconciliation, social cohesion and peaceful coexistence among the population in Mundri East and Mundri West Counties. 6 community engagement meetings and two workshops were organized where women were trained in peacebuilding.
Women and Girls
A total of 1000 women and girls were trained in peacebuilding.
Social cohesion was also promoted since MaCDA realised the need to build the capacity of women and girls in peace process in order to reduce violence and improve community security.
